Bookings can only be made via this website, we do not accept walk-ins or phone bookings at this time. To make a booking, select BOOK ONLINE under the Services tab.

 

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Before proceeding with a booking at The Nail Epicurean, please read our policy fully. By making a booking, you are accepting our conditions of the policy.

​

Due to current circumstances regarding COVID-19, we have implemented the following rules for your safety and ours:

- if you have any flu like symptoms, please reschedule.

- hands must be washed and sanitised before and after every service.

- if you have COVID-19 on the day of your appointment, please notify us immediately, your deposit will be kept as credit for a future appointment. Unfortunately this cannot be refunded unless we have been notified 48hrs before your appointment.

All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment, no exceptions.

Please advise The Nail Epicurean 48hrs by text message prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule. This minimum cancellation period will give us a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot in our diary. Notice received after this time will result in a non-refundable deposit.

 

If you are more than 10mins late to your appointment, the appointment will need to be re-scheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. Please ensure you arrive at your appointment on time.

NO-SHOWS will forfeit their deposit and will no longer be able to make future appointments at The Nail Epicurean.

SPECIALS must be paid in full at time of booking. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide 48hrs notice and we will refund the paid amount in full. Less than 48hrs notice will result in only 50% refunded. NO-SHOWS will forfeit entire payment. 

​

The Nail Epicurean has found it difficult to fill cancelled spots at short notice. Last minute cancellations & no-shows have a significant impact on a small salon such as ours and results in profit loss.

 

For insurance and safety reasons, please leave your children at home. We have a strict no child policy. Extra guests are also not permitted at your appointment. This will enable us to perform your services with out any interruptions.
